A free 2-day show at ExCeL London for retail and e-commerce logistics, with 78 exhibitors and 66 talks across 5 theatres on 11 and 12 November 2026.

Most of the floor is carriers, fulfilment houses and customs specialists. It’s on our calendar for the warehouse automation exhibitors, with Dematic, KNAPP, TGW, Fives Intralogistics and Mecalux all there alongside Hai Robotics and Locus Robotics and their picking robots.

The talk aimed squarely at automation is TGW’s “Warehouse Automation: From Operational Challenges to Scalable Solutions”, at 2pm on the Wednesday in Seminar Theatre 4. On the Thursday, Clinisupplies walks through its own warehouse overhaul, with the focus on space and throughput.

Go if you run a warehouse or fulfilment operation and want to compare storage systems, shuttles and mobile robots in one afternoon. If you’re automating a production line, you’ll find more on the rest of our events calendar.

Your free ticket also gets you into White Label World Expo, Smart Retail Tech Expo and the E-commerce, Packaging & Labelling Expo at the same venue.

Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo London 2026 FAQs

When and where is the Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo 2026?
11 and 12 November 2026 at ExCeL London, through the West entrance. It’s open 10am to 5pm on Wednesday and closes an hour earlier on Thursday, so Wednesday gives you the longer day.
Is it free?
Yes, if you register in advance on the organiser’s site. For automation, head for KNAPP (R1330), TGW (R1438), Hai Robotics (R1454) and Dematic (R1460), which are all in the same R-numbered area of the hall.
Is it worth it if I’m not in retail?
Probably, if you run any kind of warehouse. The storage systems and picking robots on show work the same whether the tote holds trainers or spare parts. If you’re automating production, there’s not much here for you.
Which talk should I catch?
TGW’s warehouse automation session at 2pm on Wednesday, Seminar Theatre 4. It’s 30 minutes, and it’s the only slot on the programme dedicated to automation, so get there early if you want a seat.
